Solent sailors and visiting yachtsmen might like to know that Lymington Yacht Haven has been awarded The Yacht Harbour Association’s (THYA) UK Coastal Marina of the Year Award 2016.
The prestigious award is voted for by boat owners and berth holdersm, who were invited to vote for their favourite marina in various categories: UK Coastal Marina, UK Inland Marina, International Marina and Superyacht Marina.
With more than 500 positive comments from voters, it is no wonder that Lymington Yacht Haven is sailing high as the UK Coastal Marina of the Year 2016.

Lymington is a family owned marina set in a stunning location on the Lymington River off the Solent. A recent £1.2 million shoreside refurbishment ensures facilities on offer are top-notch so that berth holders and visitors can enjoy 24 hour facilities including WiFi and fuelling, luxury washrooms and laundry, and quality food and drink at The Haven Bar.
Lymington Yacht Haven also boasts 24 hour security with CCTV cameras and personnel on duty, Dry Stack berthing at its quayside facility as well as immediate access to the western edge of the Solent offering a magnificent coastline to explore.
If sailors want to find their land legs, the marina offers bike and electric car hire to explore the nearby towns and New Forest.
