The 10th Edition of the infamous St. Barth’s West Indies Regatta took place during a bright and sunny weekend of celebrations. This annual event has to be one of the most unusual regattas in the Caribbean where unique vessels and their crews show up to reconnect the islands with traditional sail. Most of the planning and organization is done on the fly with courses designed each day to suit the weather and state of the sailors… musicians are invited to jam on stage with local bands and an artisanal market of island goods reflects the community spirit of the event.
This year, the coveted first prize: Skullduggery Rum Trophy Barrel was won by the 42’ Carriacou Sloop Free in St. Barth helmed by her builder, Cal Enoe.
The event took place from April 28 – May 1, 2018.
