Stuart Carruthers, RYA Cruising Manager, commented: “The RYA Cruising Conference has been a must-attend event in the diary for cruisers for many years, so we’re delighted that we’re still able to go ahead with the conference, albeit online, during these challenging times.

“The programme, which is now available to view on the RYA website, covers an exciting range of topics to interest both inland and offshore cruisers, including, a refresh on rope skills, the future of charts for the leisure sailor, as well as a session on how to read the weather to get the best out of your day on the water. The conference will remain interactive and delegates will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss subjects with the speakers. We look forward to welcoming both RYA members and non-members online in March.”

The RYA Cruising Conference takes place 09:30-02:30 on Sunday 21 March 2021, tickets are on sale now. The event’s agenda is available to view now on the RYA website, with a keynote speaker announcement and further details to follow later this month.
