Jubilee Sailing Trust partners with Lifetree Global to train leaders to do the right thing for the future of the oceans

The aim is to support the training of responsible leadership to businesses across the south.

JST’s tall ship, SV Tenacious, will be the setting for Lifetree Ocean Regeneration Lab programme in May 2022, which will see world-leaders work together on the water to do the right thing for the future.

The unforgettable Tall Ship experience will be for business owners, executives and board members who wish to learn alongside high-calibre peers from around the world about the art of responsible leadership. Delegates will receive practical input from a world-class team of business mentors, investors, scientists, and executive coaches.

Madelon Evers, co-founder of Lifetree Global said: “We are delighted to work with the JST and be able to host our Ocean Regeneration Lab programme on the charity’s beautiful tall ship.

“There’s plenty of technology, data and even money to regenerate the oceans, but what is missing is a conscious choice and specific skills to implement regenerative business strategies.  The Ocean Regeneration Lab offers delegates the unique opportunity to address core challenges and co-create regenerative strategies as they sail on the ocean – so Tenacious is the perfect setting for this.”

The Jubilee Sailing Trust is honoured to partner with Lifetree Global and what will be the start of a multiyear partnership, having real impact on those that join the programme.

Chief Executive of the JST, Patrick Fleming, said: “The work that Lifetree Global do is extraordinary and so incredibly valuable. We are delighted that Tenacious can be the company’s regeneration programme’s backdrop and hope it will be the inspiring space for teamwork and creative discussion.”
