It’s busy times at Arthur Beale preparing for Christmas… You may have noticed in recent weeks the shop window updated to depict a rather fishy scene which has gone on to inspire the choice of film for our Christmas Screening (see above). We’ve had lots of compliments so far, and it’s certainly London’s quirkiest Christmas window – why not stop by to see it in person if you’re coming into town to do a spot of shopping, or to see the beautiful lights in Seven Dials? You could even pop into the shop to say hello while you’re at it!
Christmas Film Screening – Thursday 6th December – 18:45 to 20:45
This Thursday we’re going to be screening Disney’s 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea! Find out more about the event here. It’s sure to be a great adventure, and we are going to be offering a swift hot chocolate during a short interval! Just £5 to attend, it’s a bargain – as usual we will offer a refund to those spending more than £15 on the day in the shop. Why not treat yourself to a set of Enamel mugs or tumblers to enjoy your hot chocolate in?
Incidentally the 20,000 leagues refers to the length of passage, not the depth… under the sea…
